I have changed my email address
If your email address has changed, please log in using the original email address you used, then go to your Account page and select Edit Account to update your information.
I can log on okay but can’t send eCards
I want to change my password, payment information, address, or other details as required.
If you’d like to change any of your account information, please log in using the original login info you used, then go to your Account page and select either Edit Account or Edit Address to update your information.
Please cancel/do not renew my membership
If you’d like to cancel your subscription or the auto-renewal, log in to the website, and go to your Account page. There you’ll be able to select either Cancel Auto-Renew, which cancels recurring payments for your subscription and lets it expire at the end of your current subscription period, or Abandon Subscription, which cancel recurring payments for your subscription and immediately deletes your subscription.
How do I renew my subscription, and how much does it cost?
Unless you have elected to Cancel Auto-Renew for your account, your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your current subscription period using the payment information you have on file with us. The renewal cost is listed on the Pricing page.
How long does my membership last, and how many eCards can I send?
You can subscribe for either one or two years at a time, and may renew for as long as you’d like. Your subscription entitles you to send an “unlimited” number of eCards, within reason of course. If you would like to send B2B eCards, you’ll be able to do that through our Corporate eCards membership coming soon.
How do I rejoin Evolution eCards?
If you are a current subscriber your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your current subscription period. If your subscription has lapsed and you have elected not to auto-renew, then you just need to sign up again with us.
How do I rejoin if my membership has expired?
If you are a current subscriber your subscription will auto-renew at the end of your current subscription period. If your subscription has lapsed and you have elected not to auto-renew, then you just need to sign up again with us.
I have a question about methods of payment and currencies
Currently all eCard prices are listed in GPB, however we use Stripe as our payment provider, and the charges are shown in the currency of the country where you are based.
Why did you decline my credit or debit card payment?
for your security, all of our payments are handled by our payment provider, Stripe. If your payment has been declined, it is possibly due to an error in the payment information you listed, or an issue with your credit/debit card account.
I purchased some items which are not showing in my eCard History
We apologize if any items you ordered are not showing up in your eCard History. Occasionally there is a delay between when eCards or items are sent and when they show up in your eCard History.
How do I redeem a gift membership?
If you’ve received a gift membership, just go to Sign Up on our website, scroll down to the subscription options, and there you’l be enter the gift code you received by email.
How long is a gift membership valid?
At this time, the gift memberships provide you a one year free subscription to the site.
I would like to purchase a gift membership for someone else
I need to edit or resend a gift membership
My recipient’s name or email address has changed, or I want to send the gift to someone else
My recipient didn’t receive the eCard notification email
We apologize for any inconvenience. It’s possible the auto-generated email we sent got stuck in the recipient’s spam folder. That would be the first place to start.
My eCard wasn’t received
Can I change the eCard afterwards (but before it’s sent)?
Can I book an eCard to be sent in the future?
Yes, after you’ve selected and personalized your card, you can select the recipients to whom it will go and then whether you’d like the eCard sent immediately or at a later date.
Can I change the quote or greeting on a eCard I send?
When you select an eCard, you’ll have the option to choose from one of three Quotes, or just use the Greeting throughout the entire animation. And then you’ll be able to add your own message to be displayed at the end of the eCard animation.
How can I change the font type/size/color on an eCard?
When you enter your message text, at the top of the window there is a toolbar which enables you to change attributes of the text (either the entire body, or your selection) including typeface, colour, font weight and italics.
The font on some eCards is very small
Unfortunately on some smaller devices the font may be smaller than comfortable for some viewers. You can always zoom in on the screen (of a touchscreen device) to enlarge the view.
If I send to multiple recipients, will they all see the other recipients addresses?
No, each eCard is sent individually so each recipient will see only his/her email address.
How do I change the sender’s name on the eCard I send?
When you add your eCard recipients, you’ll be able to enter the sender’s name.
What is the maximum length for my message on the eCard?
To provide the best legibility while maximizing allowable word count, the length of the message you are able to enter depends largely on the line breaks you use, but will max out at 150 characters. To simplify, you’ll be able to add more words if you use one larger paragraph, rather than typing shorter phrases on multiple lines.
Someone sent me an eCard. How do I view it?
When you receive an email stating you’ve received an eCard, there will be a unique pick-up code included in the email. You can either click on the “View your eCard” button which will autofill the code on the “Pick Up eCard” page of our site, or if you’re uncomfortable clicking a link in an email, simply navigate to the “Pick Up eCard” page of our site and enter the code you received in the window.
Problems viewing eCards (including blank screen, no music, other anomalies)
Only part of my message is displayed
Can I download the eCards to my computer?
Unfortunately you are not able to download the eCards themeselves on your computer, however we are in the process of developing the ability for you to download/save an HD screenshot of the final message screen of your eCard. If someone has attached a document to your eCard, you can certainly download/save that.
How can I see all the eCards that I have received?
If you are a subscriber, you have access to your eCard History which includes eCards Sent, Pending, and Received, which you can view by going to your Account page.
I am not a subscriber - can I still view eCards sent to me?
Yes, absolutely!
How to send a card by text message, social media or personal email
It says "undeliverable" next to one of my eCards!
How do I enter my contacts in the address book?
Can I import my address book from outlook or another email program?
Unfortunately that functionality is not available at this time, but will hopefully be in the near future.
How many addresses can I have in the address book?
Technically, there is no limit to the number of addressed you can save.
How do I stop getting emails from you?
If you are a subscriber and would prefer not to receive marketing emails from us, you can make that selection in the Email Preferences section of your Account page. If you aren’t a subscriber, never signed up for emails and are receiving them anyway, we sincerely apologize. Just click “unsubscribe” at the bottom of any emails you receive from us and we will promptly remove you from our list.
I don't want to receive your eCards!
Unfortunately we can’t control who sends you eCards, but hopefully the fact that someone was thinking of you brings a smile to your face.
